Please supply a printed proof with any notes and/or concerns pertinent to the
job. Please include all linked components.
Final measurements and sizes are also required on the printed proof.
The CD should be labelled as a Mac or PC with an attached printed directory.
Please supply a self-addressed sticker or business card for us to use when
returning the disk.
Currently, Display Arts does not accept artwork transmitted via the Internet.
Fonts:
If fonts cannot be converted to outline, please supply all necessary fonts in
True Type format only. Please contact us if there are any concerns regarding
your supplied fonts so that we can accommodate you and simplify any
unforeseeable problems.
Changes:
Should a change be required to a job that has already been submitted, a new
disk with the revised art, along with a new proof and a new directory, are
required.

Digital Printing Specifications
Requirements:
All artwork should be saved in acceptable file format.
All Bitmapped or
Rastorized images must be converted to CMYK or Grayscale
format. Please include PMS colours if necessary.
All Bitmapped or Rastorized images must be saved in
either .eps, .tiff, or jpeg (high
quality).
For
large format prints, rastorized images should be no less than 100-120ppi at
actual size (example: 30" images should be 3000 pixels wide.)
All fonts should be converted to outline or supplied in
True Type format for PC.
All documents must be saved no smaller than 25% of final
size.
